The NBA Draft Lottery is happening on Tuesday and the Philadelphia 76ers are expected to come out as the biggest winners. Not only are they poised to draft the first overall pick, they also have the chance two picks in the top five.

After finishing with the worst record at 10-72, the Sixers have the biggest odds of landing the top pick with 25 percent chance. However, that is not the only good thing they can expect as they may land not only two, but three picks in the top 10.

The Sixers managed to acquire the Lakers first round pick in the Steve Nash deal but only on the condition that it will be outside the top three. Meaning, if the Lakers drop to fourth during the lottery, the Sixers will be taking the prized pick. The Lakers finished with the second worst record in the league and they will have 19.6 percent odds to land the second pick.

There is a huge chance for the Sixers to grab this pick as in 2015, the New York Knicks finished with the second worst record but ended up with the fourth pick. Fortunately, Kristaps Porzingis turned out as a revelation and a steal for the team.

The other pick will be coming from the Sacramento Kings, who they have a chance to switch with after the Nik Stauskas pick. The Kings are expected to pick eighth in the draft.

Newly appointed GM Jerry Colangelo will be able to cash in on what previous GM Sam Hinkie have accumulated during his past four years with the team. There is a huge chance Colangelo will be able to capitalize with the opportunity and replicate what he did with the Raptors for 10 years.

''To win it is a euphoric feeling,'' Colangelo told Yahoo Sports. ''Obviously there's a lot of chance involved. We have likely more chances than anybody else, which is a good thing.''

Should everything go the Sixers way, they will be able to choose between Ben Simmons, Brandon Ingram, Buddy Hield and Dragan Bender as listed in NBADraft. For the Sacramento Kings pick, they can acquire Jaylen Brown, Domantas Sabonis or Jakob Poetl. Here is a head to head comparison between Ingram and Simmons.
