Neither Gordon or Krissy's father Bobby Brown will reportedly get any proceeds from Houston's will if her only child does not survive.

The clause stated that if ever the heir does not survive, the estimated $20 million inheritance will be given to Houston's mother, Cissy Houston, and her two brothers. It reads, "If no child of mine survives me: I give all jewelry own at my death to my mother, Emily Cissy Houston, if she survives me; and I give the rest of my tangible personal property to those of my mother, Emily Cissy Houston, my father, John R. Houston, my husband, Robert Brown, my brother Michael Houston, and my brother Gary Houston, as survive me to be amicably divided among them as they might agree, in shares as nearly equal as possible."

When Houston dies, her daughter Kristina inherited five percent of the $20 million inheritance as she turned 21. She is soon to get another 15 percent when she reached the age of 25. By the time she reached age 30, she will get another 30 percent of the $20 million, and all of the remaining amount when she reaches 35, according to TechTimes.
