"19 Kids and Counting" alum Amy Duggar and husband Dillion King are reportedly facing marital problems.

According to Inquisitr, the couple may have just filmed an episode of "Couples Therapy"

On the couple's Instagram account, they shared a snap while at the airport waiting for their flight back to Arkansas.

"Headed back home! LA was good to us but we're ready to be back on AR soil. @amyrachelleking #offset #home #goodtimes #safetravel," they captioned the photo.

"Mob Wives" star Renee Graziano commented on Kings' photo and wished them a safe flight back to Arkansas.

"Safe flight lovers xoxoxo," she wrote.

The King patriarch responded by saying that he hopes Graziano landed in New York City safely.

"Hope you got to New York ok. Stay in touch," King replied.

Meanwhile, Graziano also shared a photo of herself enjoying her last in Los Angeles.

"Last day in L.A... I am grateful for this opportunity and experience.. God is great!" she wrote.

Fans immediately started speculating that the Kings and Graziano could be working on a secret project together.

According to Design N Trend, it is highly unlikely that the former "19 Kids and Counting" stars will hang out with a "Mob Wives" star unless they are working on something together.

As of late, Duggar, King and Graziano haven't commented regarding the rumors.

"19 Kids and Counting" was cancelled by TLC last year after Josh Duggar confessed to sexually molesting five young girls when he was just a teenager. Two of the five were her sisters Jill and Jessa.

At present, there are some rumors that Josh and Anna are expecting their fifth child together. The latter posted a photo on Instagram that made it seem as though she had a baby bump. However, they haven't made any pregnancy announcement as of late.
