According to reports, the Boston Celtics' star Isaiah Thomas stated on an interview that although he intends to go all-in in pursuing the Oklahoma City Thunder's scoring champion, he does not want to do it now because it was just about a week ago when KD lost his chance to get the intractable NBA title. The 5 foot 9 inches point guard added that he wants to give Durant some time before providing a pitch in relation to the possible team-up.

On the other hand, following the heartbreaking loss against the Golden State Warriors, the supporters of OKC was said to have uploaded a video on YouTube with a message of "Don't leave us." The video showed some clips of KD showing his greatness on and off the court, and at the end of the video, fans said that after getting into the Eastern Conference finals this season, KD should not leave them now.

As of the moment, Durant has not released his official statement about his plans when his free agency comes.

Meanwhile, aside from Durant, reports are loud that the Philadelphia Seventy Sixers' rising star, Jahlil Okafor, may be traded to the Los Angeles Lakers or San Antonio Spurs, ESPN reported. In addition, the Sixers is ready to let go on either Okafor or Nerlens Noel.
