In other news, its seems that a spin-off game for "The Witcher" game series has been revealed as CD Projekt RED announce a "Gwent" card video game soon.

According to NerdLeaks, the Poilish video game developers have filed a trademark with the European Union Intellectual Property Office for an upcoming "computer software" application. While the trademark does not explicitly state whether or not this filing extends to a physical card game, the assumption the popular card game will be released as its very own standalone title.

The leak of the "Gwent" standalone video game come just several weeks after CD Projekt Red head Marcin Iwinski teased the possibility of a new game being revealed at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo on June 14-16. "Blood and Wine" DLC will conclude Geralt's tale within "The Witcher" game series as CD Projekt RED will not have more plans for the franchise in the coming year.

Game director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz stated that he is hoping to make another instalment of "The Witcher" series, possibly after they are done developing and releasing their next upcoming title "Cyberpunk 2077".

CD Projekt RED co-head Michał Kiciński claimed that they will continue "The Witcher" game series, but with a different perspective and explained that it is too soon to talk about a "Witcher 4" at the moment, but the brand itself will not be forgotten due to the impressive reception "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" received from fans and it will be unfair for them to end it soon.

"The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" is currently available for the PS4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
