The Air Jordan 11 "Space Jam" has been making a lot of noise since it first surfaced online. And according to Kicks On Fire, sources confirmed the highly-anticipated sneaker will be released this year in time for the holiday season. It will hit the market on Dec. 17 with retail price set at $220 per pair.

This edition features a black-based upper part, including the laces and tongue. It also has a blue Jumpman logo on the side panel and number "45" stitched on the heel area. It was finished off with a white midsole and an icy blue translucent outsole, which shows a white Jumpman logo underneath.

According to the report, this popular colorway of the Air Jordan 11 will be released to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the hit movie Space Jam, where Michael Jordan starred alongside Warner Bros. characters. There were also rumors suggesting that this could be released earlier than expected -- on November 15, which is the exact release date of the movie 20 years ago.
