It should be noted that Tango technology, which is part of the Phab 2 Pro enables depth-sensing and wide-angle viewing of a given space. This means the technology is specially integrated to detect the internal contours within the four walls and even determine building interiors.

The focus is to implement the technology in different apps, including educational apps among others. While playing shooting games, the technology helps to find the target easily based on information of the object, as explained by The Verge.

Measuring 179.83x88.5x10.7mm and weighing 259 grams, the device shares similar physical looks with the former Phab 2 models. The exterior body of the phone has a metal built.

The other major highlights of the phone include a 6.4-inch display with 2560x1440 pixels, a 16MP rear camera and 8Mp front camera, 4G network and a 4050mAh battery. Fuelled by 1.8Ghz octa-core snapdragon 652 processor, the device comes with a dual SIM. Other features include WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity along with 4GB of RAM.

The internal capacity of the phone is 64GB. There are fingerprint sensor and Dolby atmos features included. Based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system, the Lenovo Phab 2 Pro has an internal storage capacity of 64GB, which is expandable by inserting a microSD card, as noted by Fone Arena.

According to Lenovo insiders, the device will come packed with 25 different apps ranging from location-based apps to games to utilities, all stored in an app store. Lenovo, however, has plans to launch 100 apps at the end of this year.

With the newest Tango technology, the Phab 2 Pro will go on sale from September at selected retail stores. It will be priced at $499, but the Phab 2 plus will cost a little lower at $299, while the Phab 2 will come at a price of $199.
