For a segment of the "Conan" talk show on cable TV station TBS, Conan O'Brien went to and spent a good part of his day at the Wi Spa in Koreatown, Los Angeles. He brought along Korean-American actor Steven Yeun who portrays Glenn Rhee in AMC's "The Walking Dead."
At the spa, they were met by their attendant Jonathan who asked them to take off all their clothes and leave them behind at their lockers. Their first stop was at the jacuzzi pool. Then they proceeded to the sauna room where they met and made friends with an older gentleman who moved to sit between the talk show host and Steven. Later, the older gentleman is shown squeezing Conan's breast, much to the amusement of another Korean gentleman.
Following sauna, O'Brien and Yeun were next taken by Jonathan to the cold tub. There in the icy cold waters, the shivering Conan had to ask Steven and another visitor at the spa to share their body heat with him. The three are shown embracing one another at the pool with Conan screaming at the top of his lungs.
The next stop for the duo was at the scrub room where Jonathan introduced them to the sadist Mr. Lee. The inscrutable Mr. Lee scrubbed the TV host so hard that he screamed he rubbed the skin off his balls. After the scrub, the TV duo were next take by Jonathan to the jimjilbang, the kiln saunas.They picked a 127-degree clay sauna hut filled with what Conan called "cocoa puffs." Inside they met a Korean lady who did not recognize either of them but whose favorite TV shows were "Two And A Half Men" and "Everybody Loves Raymond."
Following the spa, the TV twosome were allowed to take a restful nap. For either, the nap was anything but restful. Conan had bad dreams of Mr. Lee scrubbing off his skin. Steven had bad dreams of seeing Conan's body naked. After the nap, the two went off to find somewhere to eat in Koreatown. They were followed by the still naked older gentleman they met earlier at the sauna room.
