The previous seven installments of the "Fast and Furious" film franchise has been known to feature eye-catching cars and hot rods. Latest updates for the film's eighth installment have unveiled some of the "Fast 8" cars that Vin Diesel and his co-stars will use in the film.

Five of the many vehicles that fans will see in the upcoming movie were unveiled through the official "Fast and Furious" Facebook account, according to iDigital Times. The photos were taken during the cast and crew's filming activities in Iceland's snowy Mývatn terrain. One of the photos showed Diesel's character Dom's Dodge "Ice Charger" with what appears to be bullet hole stickers all over the side of the car.

Cast member Michelle Rodriguez's character's car was also unveiled in the said social media post. The actress has played Letty in previous "Fast and Furious" films. For "Fast 8," one of the cars that Rodriguez will be driving would be a compact, shiny silver car named the "Rally Fighter." Aside from Diesel and Rodriguez's characters' cars for the upcoming movie, another vehicle that has been revealed included Tyrese Gibson's Roman's eye-catching orange Lamborghini.

Meanwhile, one of the elements that have made "Fast and Furious" a successful movie franchise has been its explosive action scenes and car chases. Two cars that may play a big role in the exciting scenes for "Fast 8" would be two tank-like vehicles. The character Tej's (Ludacris) army-like tank dubbed the "Ripsaw" is a massive vehicle that also appears combat ready, as shown in Fast 8" car photos unveiled through social media. The other is a beige colored vehicle named the "Ice Ram" that Dwayne Johnson's Hobbs will drive in the movie.

The "Central Intelligence" actor has also previously unveiled his character's "Ice Ram" vehicle on Instagram. However, the said vehicle appears to be a car that Johnson's character will only use in Iceland to join Diesel's Dom and his team, Cinema Blend reported. It is still unclear if Hobbs' "Ice Ram" will appear outside of a snow-filled terrain. Details of the upcoming movie's plot have yet to be revealed. However, speculations pointed to some of the story's setting happening in an ice or snow-filled location.

Previous reports have also indicated of the film's cast and crew shooting scenes in various locations such as Cuba and Cleveland. "Fast 8" will be released in movie theaters on April 17, 2017.
