Motorola has finally revealed the pricing for their new Moto G4 and G4 Plus for users in the United States and its $200 and $250, respectively which could change the competition for budget Android smartphones.

The company has also unveiled that the two new smartphones in their line will be unlocked and will work with any carrier in the U.S. such as Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and more. Undeniably, the Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus are some of the cheapest unlocked smartphones in the market today.

Moto G4 Plus Specs

The display and processor are the same with Moto G4 with the advantages lying in the 16MP rear camera and the 64GB option. There is also a 4GB RAM variant but both will be running the new Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow version out of the box.

Also, both of the Motorola smartphones will be powered by a 3000mAh battery which is expected to last more than a day under average use. However, the Moto G4 Plus will have Motorola's "TurboPower" charging technology which allows it to charge quicker than with the standard given charger on the Moto G4.

The Moto G4 will be available on Best Buy, Walmart.com and Amazon on July 12. Both smartphones will also be available on Motorola's official website, TechCrunch reported.

Only one carrier has been confirmed to carry the phone as of this writing. Wi-Fi first carrier Republic Wireless will be selling the Moto G4 and the Moto G4 Plus on July 28 with the latter costing $300. Data plans with the new Android smartphones have not been revealed yet.
