"I am without energy, like if I am empty. And today it was a day where I had to be careful. I have been sick since yesterday. After Roland Garros it was too much to play Mallorca, I have to focus also on how to manage the recovery. Playing for ten hours does not make you a better player."

"She played better, she tried more things and to me it did not work anything. I got upset that she played with such less fear. But I think the loss was a combination of things" Muguruza said in an interview via Tennis World.

Muguruza joined Dominic Thiem, David Ferrer and several sseeded players out of Wimbledon Championships.

Meanwhile, Venus Williams expressed her displeasure after he second round match was assigned in court no.18. The five-time Wimbledon Open champion said she doesn't complain playing far off center court as long as other high profile players get the same treatment.

"I'm willing to play anywhere, anytime. Of course, I was happy to be on the schedule. I think if all players have to play outside, all players should have to play outside. There shouldn't be exceptions or any inequality to it. For me, no problems playing anywhere. Anyone should play anywhere."

Williams, former world’s no.1 and current no.8 ranked player, punched to their round of the Wimbledon championships after beating Greek Maria Sakkari 7-5, 4-6, 6-3 to arrange a meeting with Daria Kasatkina.
