Nick Young has broken his silence over Iggy Azalea's allegations that he cheated on her with another woman. A latest report has indicated that the NBA player wanted his former girlfriend to refrain from sharing details about their relationship on social media.

The Los Angeles Lakers player took to Twitter on Friday, July 1, to share a series of cryptic messages that may have been directed to Azalea. Young made his social media statement after the Australian-born singer revealed on Twitter the real reason behind their break-up. The "Fancy" crooner stated that she has video evidence that showed Young's cheating ways. Shortly after his former fiancee's social media message, the NBA athlete responded to Azalea's cheating allegations. He indicated in his Twitter message that moving on and learning from mistakes is a normal part of life.

"If you perfect then be perfect I live in a world where ppl f--- up learn from it and move on," he stated on the said social media site. Young then wrote that he will still continue to "love life" regardless whether people will hate or love him.

Young also did not clearly indicate whether his Twitter comments were directed at Azalea. However, a source has confirmed with E! Online that it was indeed meant for the singer. The source added that the Lakers player was hoping the rapper would keep from sharing details of their previous relationship with her fans and followers on social media moving forward.

In other news, Azalea is looking forward to starting a new chapter in her professional life. The singer and rapper have recently joined the judges' panel for Australia's reality singing competition "The X Factor." In a previous interview with Daily Telegraph, she shared her excitement in joining the show and having the chance to come back to her home country. Azalea moved to the U.S. when she was a teenager and has not had the chance to spend long visits back home given her American music career.

She also shared that she plans to choose a group of unique aspiring singers to be part of her team. Azalea even commented that joining "The X Factor Australia's" judges' panel would also be a good opportunity for her. The "Team" songstress replaced Dannii Minogue on the reality singing competition.
