The youngest among the Jenner sisters also shared her frustrations over critics that she claimed were after her business. The lipstick maven clarified that all of the customer complaints that Kylie Cosmetics has received over Jenner's lip kits were "addressed in a timely manner." She also included an apology note for customers who were unhappy with the service that they received.

Jenner's cosmetic company came under fire when Better Business Bureau (BBB) released an "F" rating on Tuesday, July 5, over the customer complaints lodged against the company. The rating has since changed after BBB reviewed the facts again, Jenner said in her statement.

A statement sent by a BBB representative to E!Online indicated that Jenner's company reached out to them shortly after the release of the "F" rating. The company contacted BBB to further understand how they can enhance the rating. Kylie Cosmetics was said to have also sent BBB information about the company's business volumes.

Given the verified information that the representative stated were larger than the initial data, they ran the new set of figures into BBB's system that resulted in a changed rating. It went up to a B- before it was changed to a "No Rating."

The BBB representative also noted that Jenner's company still has five unresolved complaints. The representative added that they received additional feedback following the release of the initial rating. The said new batch of feedback is said to contain some complaints. BBB explained that they are set to post the new rating once they have finished with their review.
