While Taylor Swift, 26, is not a member of the cast of "Thor: Ragrarok," she went to Australia with Tom Hiddleston, 35, for the filming of the action fantasy movie being directed by Taika Waititi. The "Bad Blood" singer broke up with Calvin Harris, 32, in June.
Shortly after Swift and Harris's breakup, the former made headlines when she and Hiddleston were spotted together. On July 4, Swift celebrated the Independence Day in her Rhode Island mansion with Hiddleston.
On July 6, John Newman's new breakup song "Ole," which was written and produced by Harris, was released. Fans speculated that the song was about Harris's former relationship with Swift but a source told Entertainment Tonight that the song was written months before their breakup.
On July 7, Thursday, Swift and Hiddleston arrived in Australia. On July 9, Saturday, the latter was spotted in Queensland taking a break after jogging, Just Jared reported.
Directed by Taika Waititi, "Thor: Ragnarok" will be released on Nov. 3, 2017. Hiddleston will play Loki in the action fantasy film with Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Mark Ruffalo as Hulk,Idris Elba as Heimdall, Karl Urban as Skurge, Anthony Hopkins as Odin and Jeff Goldblum as Grandmaster.
Among Hiddleston's female "Thor: Ragnarok" co-stars are Cate Blanchett and Tessa Thompson. They play Hela and Valkyrie, respectively.
On the other hand, the last feature film in which Swift starred was the romantic sci-fi drama film "The Giver," which was released on Aug. 15, 2014. It was directed by Phillip Noyce and written by Michael Mitnick and Robert B. Weide based on Lois Lowry's book.
Among Swift's co-stars in the film are one-time Academy Award winner Jeff Bridges and three-time Academy Award winner Meryl Streep. Also in the cast are "The Legend of Tarzan" star Alexander Skarsgard, "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales" star Brenton Thwaites, "The Year of Spectacular Men" star Cameron Monaghan and "Hunter's Prayer" star Odeya Rush.
On the small screen, Swift appeared in "New Girl" Season 2 episode 15 titled "Elaine's Big Day," which aired on May 14, 2013. What her "New Romantics" video here:
