‘Suits’ Season 6, episode 1 live stream, where to watch online, spoilers: What happens in ‘To Trouble’?

Season 6 of "Suits" kicks off with the episode titled "To Trouble" as Mike gets to spend his first night in the prison. Meanwhile, others are trying to cope with the deal and stop the collapse of Pearson Specter Litt. Fans can watch "Suits" Season 6, episode 1 online via live stream, here.

Season 6 will pick things up from "Suits" Season 5 finale and there is no time jump as show creator and executive producer Aaron Korsh says to TV Guide that his "gut" made Mike stay in the jail.

"Suits" Season 6, episode 1 to showcase Mike's first night in the prison as he becomes friends with Frank played by Paul Schulze. He also has an altercation with the prison counsellor played by Malcolm Jamal-Warner.

Elsewhere, Harvey Specter, Jessica Pearson, Louis Litt, Donna and Rachel Zane will try to contain the damage to the firm as the partners send them a lawsuit.

"What we've always tried to do when we do something is deal with the consequences, the fallout, just like our characters do," Korsh said.

"I've said before, if [doing] something scares me, it's probably worth trying. Having Mike go to prison is scary and so is keeping him there. ... [But] I want to see Mike in prison and I think people do too," he added.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Patrick J. Adams revealed that his character Mike is not happy to be in prison. However, he added that "there is an element of freedom."

"He's been holding this secret for five years, and now he gets to move past it. When we find him, he's just in that zone where he's about to be licking his wounds and sort of trying to figure out how he's going to spend the next few years," Adams said.

He teased that in the prison a threat comes along and Mike will have to start defending himself and come with a game plan to protect himself in the long run.

"Suits" Season 6, episode 1 airs Wednesday, July 13 on USA Network at 9 p.m. ET.
