Pokemon Go is rumored to be launched in Asia and Europe in the next few days. After more than a week since its launch in United States, Australia and New Zealand, Pokemon has become a hit and sensation not only for long-time players but for mobile phone owners as well.
People have been finding their way to play the said app, and have done several tricks to make their way onto the GPS-based game. It may have been unfortunate for other countries and region as Pokemon Go was only released in the above-mentioned countries.
The craze has stirred questions and anticipation as well, due to numerous fans who have been expecting the game to be available in their respective countries. Aside from the mania, Nintendo's stocks went soaring in the market.
Due to the series of fortunate events, there had been speculations a release in Asia and Europe is bound to happen soon. The game was up for an international launching when Niantic stopped due to the immense popularity Pokemon Go received, The Verge reported.
The player load has put servers too much strain that they ended up crashing for majority of players. The incident prompted Niantic to fix the game first and stop the international rollout for a while.
Although there is no particular date yet for the Asia and Europe launching, Nintendo is requesting players to wait for a while as they are still working on to fix issues players have been encountering. With the situation being said, the game is expected to launch on the said regions within a few days, The Wall Street Journal reported.
Despite not being confirmed, many believe the rumors are true due to some evident reasons. People have been pointing out that servers have been strengthening the past few days, increasing load capacity. There had also been lesser reports of game glitches.
On top of these, windows of servers are already opening in Asia from at least 30 minutes to as much as 2 hours. Although these are still rumors, these may be positive indications that a release in the Asian and European region is imminent. Readers are still advised to take all of these with a grain of salt.
