Blizzard is rolling out their next big patch for the World of Warcraft in preparation for the Legion expansion which is set to launch on August 30

WOW players will be treated to the new Demon Hunter class in the World of Warcraft Legion expansion and the new pre-patch is expected to roll out to prepare the game for the new things to come. It will contain all of the new features that will be available once the expansion is released except for the content themselves.

Players who pre order World of Warcraft Legion will also be having the chance to play the Demon Hunter class in the middle of August several weeks before the WOW expansion is actually released, Polygon has learned. It will allow them to level up their characters before everyone else can do so once the expansion is rolled out.

Some of the new features that can be expected in the patch include the new Burning Legion invasion events and the improved transmogrification system. Other changes such as those with the current classes will be rolled out regardless if the player has bought Legion or not.

There are also several rewards that will be exclusive to the Burning Legion invasion events once the World of Warcraft Legion expansion is released, Ubergizmo reported. The rewards have not yet been disclosed yet but they could be rare ones considering that they are exclusive to the event.

The new patch would also allow players to queue when raiding or entering dungeons. One class could also play while another could already fall in line.

World of Warcraft Legion pre-patch would also improve the Transmogrification Collections system in a way that it will make organization easier for players. They will be able to store their gear without having to run out of storage slots in their Void storage, bank or personal inventory.

Players who have the World of Warcraft Legion pre-order will be able to pre-purchase the Demon Hunter class, which is the 12th character class Blizzard has introduced into the game, by August 17. The actual expansion pack would be rolled out in August 30 along with the new changes and content.
