An 83-year-old Chinese grandmother has been cooking breakfast for primary students in Zhejiang Province for the last 24 years. Love for the tykes has made her rise up very early to prepare the food.

In Lancaster, Pennsylvania, a 39-year-old reality star also works as a preparatory cook for T.G.I. Friday for a friend who needed help. Jon Gosselin worked seven to eight hour daily, thrice a week for the love of his friend and cooking, according to Fox New.

He even donates his weekly check to an unnamed organization, according to Scott Trompeter, general manager of the restaurant and Gosselin’s friend. He has been quietly doing it the past few months, while still holding on to his other job as a DJ.

Gosselin explained, “I don’t need the money … DJ-ing is still my real job,” quoted US Magazine. Even before working as a cook for T.G.I. Friday, Gosselin had DJ-ed for several outlets of the restaurant in the area for various events such as Tap Takeovers and Bartender’s Champion bartending contests.

That was until Wednesday when the ex-husband of Kate Gosselin suddenly resigned from his job, revealed blogger Perez Hilton.

"I'm not going to work there anymore because now the trust and the teamwork is gone… Because now someone took a picture of me and sold it… and now I have to leave a job I'm passionate about,” the star of “Jon & Kate Plus 8” told 103.7 Dallas’ Kannon and Sybil.
