"Final Fantasy XV" release will be on Sept. 30 and will boast advanced and enhanced technology for animation, physics, and pretty on all other facets when it comes to graphics.

Square Enix developers held two lectures at Siggraph 2016 where they exhibited some of the advanced rendering tricks they utilized to make "Final Fantasy XV" appear as good as it already does. There were a lot of technical terms used during the lecture, but they explained it best by showing some videos of the game with respect to its animation, weather, specular reflections, and so on.

One of the features the lecturers discussed is AI pathing: where some of the characters controlled by the AI simulate human movement. The path of their walking is not entirely random, but it involves complex algorithms to make its path seem non-obvious.

The physics of "Final Fantasy XV" involves pretty complicated graphics too, especially in its battle system, as demonstrated in a video posted on Dual Shockers. Even the magic spells include some physics in their executions and animations, such as the effects from casting ice magic. Players will also experience a different level of realism in Chocobo-riding, which is the franchise's recurring trademark.

In addition to its realistic graphical appearance is the use of specular reflection. Three layers of effects are used to portray the most accurate reflections of objects in vehicles, mirrors, and other glass-like surfaces.

Moreover, the developers have heavily focused on making the weather effects real to wrap up the experience of places and settings as being ultimately almost true to life. There are wind effects in both the character's outfit and the surroundings, clouds that move similar to how we see it in real life, and the rain not only being present during its fall, but also the rippling effects on the surface when it lands.

When it comes to the gameplay, the player has various different options when it comes to approaching bosses, according to a report by Inquisitr. Hajime Taba, the game's director, says that there are a handful of different strategies the players can exploit.
