Adams talked to the reporters and mentioned that Rachel and Mike were "on the rocks." "They were dealing with a heavy situation in that Mike was going away. But in some ways, in my opinion, their relationship -- even though it was so strange and they decided not to get married at the last moment -- it's never been stronger," Adams said via USANetwork.com.

He added that there is a lot of "love" and "trust" between the two characters. "There's a lot of faith that when this thing was done, they would find their way back to each other. Obviously, because of the story, there's not a ton of Mike and Rachel stuff shot so far. But there's the presence of Rachel in Mike's life -- and the effect that she has on him in the determination that she gives him for really wanting to get out of here and get back to her."

Meanwhile, in "Suits" Season 6, episode 4, Harvey visits Mike and tries to convince him that he is trying to save him from someone who is attempting to kill him. But, Mike thinks Harvey is hiding something.

Mike is only interacting with Harvey in Season 6 of the show. In an interview with E! Online, he stated that he has not worked with anyone else in the main cast but Gabriel Macht, who plays Harvey.

"I love it, I miss them dearly. I miss them, but for me, it's like I get to do this brand new little show. Absence makes the heart grow fonder. I know one day I'll get to be reunited with all of them; we'll get to have those experiences again. For now, it's been a great change of pace. I feel like I have my own insular world I get to build." Adams said.

"Suits" Season 6, episode 4 airs this Wednesday on USA Network.
