The Aug. 1 "Pokémon Sun and Moon" update introduced different styles of Oricorio, making the Pokédex list to grow bigger. New and lengthy videos for the upcoming games were released, highlighting several features and human characters in the Nintendo 3DS games.
"Pokémon Sun and Moon" is set in the Hawaiian-esque islands of Alola, which is a home to both new and old Pokémon, according to Polygon. The upcoming games are reinvented classics since some of the original Pokémon from "Red," "Green," "Blue," and "Yellow" will return with special Alola forms that transform them completely.
Here is everything we know about the four different styles of Oricorio:
1. Oricorio Pom-Pom Style
It is essentially the best of the four Oricorio variations. The Pom-Pom is an electric/flying-type that is relatively a unique combination.
The monster has feathers that can give painful shocks to opponents. However, the pom-poms can be of great use for those on Oricorio's good side.
2. Oricorio Sensu Style
The bird-like "Dancing Pokémon," Oricorio, changes completely after drinking from particular flowers. The flowers are unique based on locations, just like its forms, although each one has dancing capability that allows the monster to use the same move as another dancing Pokémon upon its next turn. The Pokémon have Revelation Dance style, which is a new attack that changes according to the kind of Oricorio being faced as an enemy.
The Sensu Style Oricorio is both a ghost- and flying-type and it is a favorite of Kanto ex-pats who currently reside in Alola Region according to the same publication. This is attributed to its stoicism and gracefulness.
3. Oricorio Baile Style
This Pokémon is a runner up to the Pom-Pom Style Oricorio, and it is a fire/flying-type - an impassioned dancer. Trainers should be careful when it comes to the monster's more intense moves. The down feathers on the Pokémon's body can whip up a fiery move when it is really in the dance.
4. Oricorio Pa'u Style
It is the psychic/flying-type version of Oricorio, which is more a diva as compared to the calm Sensu Style. The monster's psychic capabilities increase through dance.
