In an attempt to exact some revenge on Black Vinegar Middle School thugs and its shadow leader Hanazawa Teruki, Salt Middle School gang leader Onigawa Tenga used Shigeo as bait to draw the other members of Salt Middle School's Body Improvement Club into the fray.

Onigawa's scheme was working perfectly as Body Improvement Club captain Goda Musashi brought his entire team to the rival school's ground with one goal on their mind: to retrieve their kidnapped club member. Forced to engage into an all-out rumble, the Body Improvement Club showed that their muscles were just too much for their opponents, until Teru arrived in the battlefield.

Irritated after seeing the humiliation his gang members suffered at the hands of just five muscular duds, Teru easily flatted down every member of the Body Improvement club and then proceeded to knock out the mastermind Onigawa.

Teru was revealed to be an esper and his action of using psychic powers against other people rubbed Mob the wrong way. For the first time in the series, two powerful espers came face to face, on the verge of an epic showdown as the curtain closes on Episode 4.

What to Expect in Episode 5:

- The next episode of Mob Psycho 100 will be entirely based on its manga chapter 14 entitled 'The same kind.' Teru is at its boiling point after learning that there are people other than him who possess psychic powers. Teru considers Mob a threat that needs to be erased in order for him to maintain superiority above other entities in this planet.

-Despite being at the receiving end of Teru's attack, Mob continues to play the passive game, trying to live by the advice of his master, Reigen. Unfortunately, Mob's lack of appetite for violence forces Dimple to tap into the leftover of his power and give Teru's a lesson.
