"Mistresses" season 4, episode 9 will focus on the love triangle between Joss, Scott and Harry.

In the previous episode, Scott thought that Joss still had feelings for him so he decided to kiss her. However, Joss reminded Scott that she's already engaged to Harry. Scott then reminded Joss that there's a reason why she didn't push through with her wedding to Harry a few weeks ago. This made Joss think that something wrong might be going on in her relationship with her fiancé.

Meanwhile, an exclusive sneak peek released by TV Line showed Joss telling April and Karen that Harry's sister Kate has been sleeping with her ex-fiance Scott.

During their conversation, Joss hesitated to tell her friends the truth at first. But when she finally did, she realized that Karen was the only one who was surprised. After all, April already knew the truth about Kate and Scott's ongoing hook up. April also told Joss the truth, but clarified that she didn't support Kate and Scott's budding relationship.

At this point, Karen asked Scott's how she found out the truth. Initially, Karen thought that Joss sabotaged Karen and Scott's relationship. However, she explained that she found out through Scott himself.

However, Joss' trouble in paradise won't end after she tells her friends the truth. In "The Root of All Evil," Joss and Scott will once again exchange a kiss.

"Kate's a substitute for what I really want... If you're not happy with Harry, you shouldn't be with him. I'm still in love with you, Joss," Scott told Joss.

After kissing each other for a few seconds, Joss pushes Scott away and asks him what he thinks he's doing.

"I know, I know it's crazy..." Scott said.

"Yeah, you think? Scott, stop! You're not still in love with me," Joss said.

"I'm just as surprised you are, but it makes sense because look, the night that Jen moved out, that's the night that I met Kate. Kate brought me back to you. That's fate..." Scott said before Joss cut him off.

"Mistresses" season 4, episode 9 will air on Lifetime on Aug. 15 at 10 p.m. ET.
