John Cena is a very busy man for the past couple of months and he could become even busier. According to the latest rumors, the WWE is preparing for Cena's hiatus while he films the second season of his reality television show on FOX.

The face of the WWE recently hosted the 2016 ESPYS and Teen Choice Awards while his "American Grit" TV show was renewed for a second season by FOX. He missed a couple of months late last year to film the first season and it is the same case this year.

Cena will likely miss September and October to film his TV show and the WWE is already planning life without him, Daily Wrestling News reported. The company is hoping that he is good to go for Survivor Series in November.

The report also noted that Cena has been telling people backstage that he considers himself a part-time talent at the moment. He is doing excellent work with his outside projects including movies which mean he might do more in the future.

Nevertheless, the 39-year-old is a very loyal WWE guy and he has said in countless interviews that he will not be a full-time actor. He is only doing the outside projects to help the company gain more casual fans.

The 15-time WWE World champion is set to take on A.J. Styles at SummerSlam on Sunday, August 21 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. It will be the final match of their current feud with both men moving on to better things.

According to Cageside Seats, one possible outcome of the match is Styles going over Cena. It will set up the latter's absence on television as he films his television series while making The Phenomenal One an even bigger star.

Styles is rumored to be the next challenger for the WWE World Championship if he wins at SummerSlam. The feud between the two superstars started two months ago with Styles winning at Money in the Bank.

Cena got his revenge at Battleground when he pinned Styles in a Six-Man Tag Team Match that also involved Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson, Enzo Amore and Big Cass. It has been a very entertaining feud but it will end at SummerSlam.
