The spoilers shared by Fear: The Spoiling Dead Fans reveals what goes down in episode 8.
According to spoilers, Nick is seen thirsty on the road and he has to drink his own urine to survive. Earlier, he tries to eat a cactus but ends up vomiting.
In the preview trailer, there is a man walking into the field of infected. The leader of the community is made to believe that it is the last step of the journey of the dead. Also, the dead forms a protective wall around the community.
The community has to sacrifice someone from time to time, in order to make the wall stronger.
Luciana tells Nick that the man sacrificed was infected, so it is technically not a sacrifice.
However, Nick does not believe Luciana's claims.
Meanwhile, we get more info about Luciana. She was looking for someone close to her who was missing and she bumped into Nick.
In "Fear The Walking Dead" Season 2, episode 8, details about Gloria come up. She is not a typical junkie but someone who comes from a rich family and they live in Bel Air.
Gloria and Nick meet in the rehab and she understands her when she finds out about his issues with his father

Towards the end of "Fear The Walking Dead" Season 2, episode 8, we see the walled community in Tijuana. The community is a flea market where the community folks can sell and trade.

Nick is in a bad shape as he has a dog bite on his leg. Moreover, he is severely dehydrated.
Also, he ends up in a house to camp for the night. He thinks that it is an abandoned house but a woman and her son appear. She swings her baseball bat like a pro and Nick has to run for his life leaving behind food and water.

There is a man in the jeep who is the leader of highway marauders. They steal from people and later kill them. In the episode, one of the marauders is eaten by the herd of zombies. Meanwhile, others run away.
