Andy Murray will attempt to win his third Cincinnati Masters title when he meets Marin Cilic in the final round of the Western & Southern Open in Mason, Ohio on Sunday.

Murray displayed yet another remarkable game at the Cincinnati Masters after defeating Canada's Milos Raonic 6-3 6-3 to extend his career-long 22 straight wins. Murray, who is coming off a Gold Medal finish at the 2016 Rio Olympics, admitted his winning campaign this season has helped him make good choices in difficult situations.

"That's helped keep the matches shorter. If you're a bit lower on confidence, regardless of how fresh you are, if you haven't played loads of matches you make bad decisions in those moments," Murray said, reports the ATP's official website.

"And because I've won a lot the last few months, that's something that has been good, especially this week for sure. I've needed it to be because I haven't been feeling perfect. I've managed to get through the matches pretty well."

Murray, who joined the "600 Wins Club" earlier in the week, advanced into the final round to face Cilic, who defeated Grigor Dimitrov in the semifinal round 4-6 6-3 7-5 to play in his first ATP 1000 Masters final appearance.

"It's a big win for me, first time in a Masters 1000 final," Cilic said. "I'm looking forward to it. I'm feeling good on the court. I played great this week. I'm excited to be in the final playing against Andy. He is in great form, playing great tennis. I hope tomorrow I'll play a good match and I know I'll have a good chance if I play well."

Murray leads Cilic by 11-2 in their FedEx ATP Head2Head singles matchup, with the Scot winning their last two meetings, most recently in the semifinal of the AEGON Championships this year. Cilic, who ranks No. 14 in the world, last defeated Murray back in 2014 at the ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament in Rotterdam.
