"Grey's Anatomy" season 13, episode 1 was directed by Debbie Allen and now that the episode has been completed, the actress/producer/director shared some information on Twitter.

Earlier this week, Allen wrote, "Ayyyeee!!! Let's go #GreysAnatomy! It's gonna be HOT!" Even though Allen didn't say anything more about "Undo," it seems that the premiere episode will have plenty of hooking up and steamy sex scenes.

According to IBTimes, fans are currently speculating on the possibility of April (Sarah Drew) and Jackson (Jesse Williams) reuniting. The couple split in season 12, but reunited briefly after their first child was born. By the looks of it, April and Jackson may get back together in the upcoming episodes, if not for the sake of their child.

On the other hand, the publication thinks that it's also possible that Allen's use of the word "hot" can be taken literally. After all, "Grey's Anatomy" is a drama show and anything can happen in all of Shonda Rhimes' series.

Meanwhile, Kelly McCreary opened up to TV Guide about the direction of "Grey's Anatomy" season 13. According to her, the first few episodes will focus on the original cast members of the series, namely, Ellen Pompeo's Meredith, James Pickens Jr.'s Dr. Webber, Chandra Wilson's Dr. Bailey and Justin Chambers' Alex Karev.

"After such a long period and so many new people coming in and out, they remain the foundational characters of the show. We're gonna be spending some more time with them to check in with where they are. The way that we spent time with Meredith last season, exploring the major shift in her life, the loss of Derek (Patrick Dempsey), I think we can expect to see those doctors being explored where they are in this moment, all these years later, the changes that they've gone through," she said.

"One of the things I'm looking forward to most is the focus on... those old, established relationships and those characters. Those characters are so rich and they have so much meaning for the audience," she continued.

McCreary's character Maggie will also find out the truth about Meredith and Nathan's (Martin Henderson) hook up in season 12.

"Grey's Anatomy" season 13 will premiere on ABC on Sept. 22 at 8 p.m. ET.
