"We are overjoyed to announce that Spurgeon has a new title in life as 'big brother'! We are so thankful that God is adding to our family. 2017 is shaping up to be a wonderful year already and we know Spurgeon will do a great job in his new role. Having Spurgeon has been such a wonderful blessing and we cannot wait to see the face of this sweet new baby (or babies!)" they wrote.

The couple's post also heightened speculations that they could expecting twins.

According to FOX News, Duggar and Seewald's son Spurgeon was born in November of last year.

Meanwhile, Duggar's younger sister Jinger also posted the same announcement photo that was used on the Seewald family's blog. "Ben and Jessa are expecting their second baby!" she wrote on her Instagram account.

In other news, "Jill & Jessa: Counting On" season 2 officially premiered on Aug. 23. The entire season will revolve around Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo's engagement, as well as Duggar's pregnancy.

As of late, it is still unclear whether or not Josh will be featured in the hit TLC reality TV show. Now that he's completed his stint at a rehab facility, Josh has so much free time on his hands. Unfortunately, featuring him in the "19 Kids and Counting" spinoff may not be a great move because he was recently involved in a series of scandals.

"Jill & Jessa: Counting On" season 2 airs Tuesdays on TLC.
