The latest details for "Mortal Kombat X" will feature a PC version for the updated version of the game and Kombat Pack 3 in the works.
It seems that NetherRealm Studios is planning something in store for "Mortal Kombat X" as game creator and producer Ed Boon teased the possibility of having "Mortal Kombat XL" to the PC platform as he tweeted a photo of a computer circuit with the caption that implies that they are working on a way to put the game in the PC.
In addition, NetherRealm launched an Enhanced Open Beta for "Mortal Kombat XL" for PC users via Steam and it will only available until Aug. 29 10 a.m. PDT, Gamerant reported.
"Mortal Kombat XL" is an updtae version of the original game which includes all of the DLC skins, items and characters from the Kombat Pack 1 and Kombat Pack 2. The game was availaible for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles and left the PC platform, which PC users are questioning if NetherRealm will have ever put the game in then PC, until now.
Unfortunately, NetherRealm Studios did not announce as to when "Mortal Kombat XL" will be available in the PC as previous reports claim that many PC users suffered several in-game glitches and installation problems in "Mortal Kombat X". What is worse is that the patches that meant to fix these problems ended up having the game save files deleted, thus the game received mixed reviews.
PC users are hoping that "Mortal Kombat XL" in the PC will work perfectly unlike the original game and gamers might expect new features that are not added to the console versions.
In other news, it seems that the rumored "Kombat Pack 3" will likely be in development soon as Boon tweeted a poll for the gaming fans asking them if they want a Xbox One S, with the choices of "Yes", "No" or "Kombat Pack 3 Dammit".
The results of the poll revealed that 66 percent of the people want to see a "Kombat Pack 3" in "Mortal Kombat X. Boon's constant tweets of poll led to several speculations that he and NetherRealm will be making the "Kombat Pack 3" a possibility.
The Kombat Pack 1 featured characters such as Tanya, Tremor, Predator and Jason Voorhees, while Kombat Pack 2 added Triborg, Bo' Rai Cho, Alien and Leatherface.
The rumored Kombat Pack 3 will likely include famous "Mortal Kombat" fighters such as Baraka, Sindel, Fujin, Noob Saibot and Rain, GameNGuide reported.
"Mortal Kombat X" is currently available for the PS4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
