Avid gamers have been eagerly awaiting for news about the potential third expansion pack for the "Sims 4" known as "City Life." Latest reports have revealed a few of the alleged game features that players may enjoy in said DLC.

Several reports have featured what is said to be a leaked image from the highly anticipated "Sims 4" DLC titled "City Life." A clearer image posted on the fan site Sims VIP has shown a hint of some of the potential features that will be introduced in the third expansion pack for the life simulation game.

The said image contains interesting scenes such as a character playing basketball and a colorfully decorated community area with various small kiosks. Two-story buildings were also depicted in the background that hints of the upcoming DLC's apartment living feature.

On the other hand, an anonymous email sent to the Twitter user The SimScraper has revealed more information about "City Life," according to a report posted on Sims Community. The said Twitter user reportedly received an email from an alleged team member working on the "Sims 4" upcoming expansion pack. The email contained some of the said DLC's new features such as a new lot type for apartments and penthouses.

The third expansion pack will also introduce non-playable tourist characters who will display different behaviors from other Sim townies. Developers are also said to be adding cultural food such as Indian cuisine where a player's Sim character can learn the recipe through restaurant dining opportunities.

On the other hand, a Twitter post made by The SimScraper on Monday, Sept. 5, has unveiled the latest set of "Sims 4" gaming leaks from the anonymous email sender. It appears that Asian cuisine will also be added to the "City Life" DLC. One of the new dishes would be Japanese food specifically sushi. Players can also expect to see several new traits for Sim characters.

Moreover, developers are said to be thinking of adding a new band system. However, it is unclear if the said feature will be finished in time before the planned launch of the upcoming new expansion pack, as indicated in the Twitter post. Although it may also be featured as part of a new "Sims 4" game pack or a separate band-themed expansion pack.
