Miley Cyrus, 23, is dishing out great advice to future "The Voice" contestants. The "Wrecking Ball" hitmaker will fill in Christina Aguilera's rotating red chair in the upcoming Season 11.
"I don't want this to come off the wrong way, but I'm going to tell my contestants: Be Bernie Sanders," Cyrus, 23, told Elle magazine. "Be the person people want and love. Don't worry about the masses. That's how you make a memorable moment."
This is not the first time Cyrus has shown her support for Sanders. In a video posted on Twitter on April 11, she called the politician a "bad--- in supporting the LGBT community."

The "Hannah Montana" star also admitted that she was interested in joining NBC's "The Voice" as a coach in view of its credibility. This is Cyrus's second appearance on the reality talent show after being a key advisor for the Knockout rehearsals in "The Voice" Season 10.
Although Cyrus is the youngest judge to appear on any incarnation of the series, the singer-former actress believed she has enough showbiz experience to back up her critiques. She joined returning coaches Blake Shelton and Adam Levine, as well as fellow new coach Alicia Keys.
"The musical expertise and energy these two incredibly talented women will bring to the show is remarkable," Paul Telegdy, NBC Entertainment President for alternative and late-night programming, said in a press release statement obtained by Variety. "We're thrilled that they'll be joining Adam and Blake in what we know will be a magical 11th season."
Meanwhile, Cyrus, who launched her film career as a voice actress in the 2008 animated film "Bolt," is set to star as Lucy in an upcoming television series, "Crisis in Six Scenes." Created by Woody Allen for Amazon Studios, "Crisis in Six Scenes" also stars Woody Allen, Elaine May, Rachel Brosnahan, John Magaro, Joy Behar and Becky Ann Baker.
