‘Grey's Anatomy' season 13 spoilers: April, Jackson will have a healthy relationship but will remain divorced

"Grey's Anatomy" season 13 will see April (Sarah Drew) reuniting with Jackson (Jesse Williams), but not in the way fans hope.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, executive producer Shonda Rhimes said that April and Jackson will be there for their baby. Even though they will not get back together officially, they will have a healthy relationship with each other.

According to Rhimes, April and Jackson's storyline will be explored "in a much lighter way, what it means to be uncoupled, to be divorced, and to have a kid, and how you do that? They're going to really try to do this in a healthy way, and is that healthy way going to feel so healthy when they still have feelings for each other?" she said.

Meanwhile, "Grey's Anatomy" recently saw Sara Ramirez departing from the hit ABC series. After leaving the show a few months ago, Ramirez caused a stir online when she shared a photo of her new hairstyle via Instagram.

The photo showed Ramirez's hair shaved on the sides. "#AlreadyTimeForATrim #FastGrowingHair #HappyMonday," she captioned the photo. Ramirez's snap received a slew of mixed reactions from fans who said that they love the new fierce haircut. Others claimed that they didn't like it because it made the actress' features look sharper.

In other news, "Grey's Anatomy" season 13, episode 1 will air on ABC on Sept. 22. The premiere episode entitled, "Undo" will see Andrew De Luca (Giacomo Gianniotti) being confined at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital after Alex (Justin Chambers) punched him in the finale. During that time, Andrew and Jo (Camilla Luddington) looked as though they were doing something when Alex walked in on them.

Here's a look at the official synopsis from ABC: "When one of Grey Sloan's own becomes a patient in the hospital, Bailey tries to figure out what happened; Meredith struggles with secrets that impact her relationships with Alex and Maggie; April and Catherine are at odds over the new baby."

"Grey's Anatomy" season 13, episode 1 will air on ABC on Sept. 22 at 8 p.m. ET.
