"American Crime" has added "White Collar" alum, Tim DeKay to its growing Season 3 guest cast.

DeKay, who's known for playing Agent Peter Burke on USA's "White Collar," has landed a recurring role on John Ridley's anthology series. According to Deadline, DeKay will play a relative of Cherry Jones' character on "American Crime" Season 3. Set in North Carolina, the new season will focus on labor issues, economic divides and individual rights.

DeKay has also appeared on FOX's short-lived series, "Second Chance" and on ABC's "Marvel's Agents of SHIELD."

In addition, producers have also cast young, British actress Ana Mulvoy-Ten as a series regular for "American Crime" Season 3. Mulvoy-Ten will play a character named Shae Reese, Variety has learned. However, other details about her role are still being kept under wraps.

DeKay and Mulvoy-Ten both join a slew of previously added guest cast including: Sandra Oh from "Grey's Anatomy", Janel Maloney from "The West Wing," and Cherry Jones from "24." Returning cast members Felicity Huffman, Timothy Hutton, Regina King, Lili Taylor and Connor Jessup are also on board.

In June, creator and showrunner John Ridley echoed his thoughts about King's confirmed participation on "American Crime" Season 3. In a statement, Ridley said that his team could not be more excited to welcome the actress for the new installment.

"She is among the talent who have quickly become intimately associated with the program," Ridley continued.

"As with the first two seasons, her many fans can expect a total transformation, as she plays one of the complicated individuals caught up in a story that deals with labor issues, economic divides and individual rights in this season's setting of North Carolina."

"American Crime" also stars Angelique Rivera, Elvis Nolasco, Joey Pollari, Trevor Jackson, Benito Martinez and Richard Cabral. Season 3, which is composed of eight episodes, will premiere sometime in 2017.
