"Dancing With the Stars" Season 23 will not see Jana Kramer and Gleb Savchenko performing together.

Prior to the ninth week of the competition, the pro dancer suffered an injury on his right leg, forcing him to be benched for at least a week. Savchenko's place will be given to Alan Bersten. On her Instagram account, Kramer confirmed the reports together with photos of her old and new partner.

Meanwhile, Team Glamer has been consistently receiving high scores throughout the entire season. However, the votes for the couple haven't been impressive. For the past two weeks, Team Glamer was ranked in the bottom two spot. Last week, they finally made it to a much higher rank.

In other news, Team Glamer received harsh criticisms from judge Len Goodman when they performed their sama routine. Following the incident, Savchenko told People, "There is a fine balance between a show number and just a samba. No one wants to see a minute and forty seconds of just samba, especially when you're dealing with someone who's never danced before. Jana did an amazing job and I'm so proud of her. She killed it," he said.

Meanwhile, Savchenko isn't the only pro who will be begging off of the competition. Last week, Sharna Burgess revealed that she can no longer dance with her partner, James Hinchcliffe because of an equally serious injury. Burgess had to ask Jenna's help, and she and Hinchliffe received a perfect score from judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Julianne Hough and Bruno Tonioli.

"Dancing With the Stars" Season 23 airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
