It has almost been 3 years since one of the lead actors of the "Fast and Furious" franchise, Paul Walker, died in a car accident before completing his scenes in the seventh installment of the film series. With "Fast and Furious 8" already in production, recent reports are loud that the beloved actor might still appear in the latest installment, with the help of his brothers Cody and Caleb.
According to Guide, the completion of "Fast and Furious 7" came into reality with the assistance of CGI technology and Paul's siblings. The report also cited the rumors about the possibility of bringing Brian O'conner back into "Fast and Furious 8," which was said to be possible with the same technique that the producers used in bringing the character back to life even after the tragic death of its actor. Despite of the loud rumors, there has been no confirmation made in regards to the addition of Paul in "Fast and Furious 8," or simply titled as "Fast 8."
The same publication also cited some hints about what fans should expect in the anticipated eight installment of the franchise. It was said that all of the characters will return and shall have their own storylines to tell. Sources say that honoring Paul in "Fast and Furious 8" may still be expected.
On the other note, Digital Spy claims that the eight installment will be a new start of another "Fast and Furious" trilogy. Vin Diesel, who plays Dominic Toretto on the franchise, teased the fans through his social media account by posting an image that sates the dates of "Fast and Furious 8," "Fast and Furious 9" and "Fast and Furious 10." The report also revealed that the upcoming film may give some light on Mr. Nobody, played by Kurt Russel. It was also cited the inclusion of the "Longest Ride" star, Scott Eastwood, who really looks like Paul.
"Fast and Furious 8" will be seen on the big screen by April 14, 2017.
