Update: Jesus is back as he is showcased in the newly released promo for the upcoming episode. The trailer shows armed men storming the premises and the estate is at risk. Sasha can be seen sharpening her knife and one of the scenes shows her with Jesus.

"The Walking Dead" Season 7, episode 5 official synopsis

According to the official synopsis, the members of the group are surrounded by enemies and their last hope is to reach the Hilltop. However, it has to be seen if they can reach on time before it is too late.

"Surrounded by enemies and saddled with grief, members of the group hope to find safety at the Hilltop before it's too late," reads the synopsis.
