Bottom-dwelling side Bolivia (1-9-1, 4 points) is set to meet middling team Paraguay (4-4-3, 15 points) at the Estadio Hernando Siles in La Paz on Tuesday, Nov. 15 as matchday 12 of the CONMEBOL World Cup qualifiers commence.

Bolivia is currently on an eight-game winless slide after their matchday 3 victory over Venezuela last year. With that, they dropped to the cellar of the 10-team CONMEBOL table.
Their latest match ended in a 0-5 thrashing in the hands of fellow lowly squad Venezuela on the road at the Estadio Monumental de Maturín in Maturín last Thursday, as per ESPN. It was the second meeting between the two squads in the qualifiers.
Head coach Guillermo Angel Hoyos' boys were not able to respond with anything during the match as La Vinotinto got a stinging payback after losing in their first meeting.
Torino striker Josef Martinez netted a hat trick in the 11th, 67th, and 70th minutes while midfielders Jacobo Kouffati and Romulo Otero scored a goal each in the third and 75th minutes to complete the hosts' five-goal haul.
Meanwhile, Paraguay has also suffered a huge setback in the previous matchday after dropping a 1-4 decision to lowly Peru at their own home field of Estadio Defensores del Chaco in Asunción also last Thursday, Sportstarlive reported.
Paraguay opened the scoring with a goal from midfielder Cristian Riveros in the ninth minute, but the visitors scored the next four goals to come away with the lopsided upset.
Peru scored all their goals in the second half, courtesy of Christian Ramos, Edison Flores, and Christian Cueva, in the 48th, 71st, 78th, with the last one coming from an own goal by Los Guaraníes midfielder Edgar Benitez in the 84th minute.
Paraguay is now settled in the seventh spot of the CONMEBOL standings after losing their third game in their last four matches.
