According to Radar Online, the bachelor has a criminal record and "a history of arrests." He was once reportedly arrested for "drunk driving" and spent some jail time. The abovementioned entertainment news website has provided a link to a rap sheet by Iowa Courts.

Elaborating on Soules' past, the publication reveals that one of bachelor's "most serious arrests" took place in the year 2006 when he was fined $500 and served one year in "probation" for drunk driving.

As revealed by the publication, Soules has been registered for 13 "guilty pleas" involving "array of charges." The first time he was charged for a dispute by Iowa State court was in 1998 for crossing the speeding limit in the area. Two years later, however, he was found guilty of the same offence.

In the following year, four times he was found guilty of legal offences. He was reportedly charged for "possession of alcohol under age" and was arrested for drunk driving, the next month. His battle with Iowa court continued through to 2010. His last legal offence was booked on Nov. 18, 2010 for "registration violation and fined." However, the Iowa court records reportedly states that Soules has managed to maintain a clean record since the end of year 2010.

Meanwhile, citing the story from Life & Style magazine, Celeb Dirty Laundry reveals that Soules has some "20 run-ins with the law." His legal offences reportedly "range from a DUI, to disorderly conduct for fighting, to hit-and-run." The report goes on to claim that the showmakers are trying hard to conceal Soules' struggle with the law and they were not able to film a segment for "The Bachelor" Season 19 in Canada "because the border-patrol would not let him in due to his DUI."

According to Reality Steve, Soules gave the final rose to the finalist Whitney Bischoff and the couple got engaged. But does the 29-year-old fertility nurse know about Soules' criminal past? Will she be okay with it?
