The black costume is a significant part of the Superman mythos as this is the outfit used when he is resurrected after his fight with Doomsday which lead to his supposed death.

It is unknown yet as to how or when will Superman appear in "Justice League" movie, but several theories teased that he could be revived via Scout Ship or a Regeneration Matrix.

Other theories suggest that Superman could be resurrected by the New Gods from Apokolips such as Steppenwolf (Ciaran Hinds) or Darkseid and will likely aid them in there conquest of earth. There is an idea involving Barry Allen's ability to travel through other dimensions and recruit an alternate version of Superman to help them fight Steppenwolf's forces.

Lastly, Superman can be brought back to life through natural means via "healing coma" as the end of "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" teased that Clark is still alive as pieces of dirt started to floot to the ground the same manner as how Superman is about to fly.
