It was way back in 2015 when the fourth installment of the Jurassic Park series, "Jurassic World," was released in the big screen. The film was a major hit that resulted to the green light of its sequel "Jurassic World 2," which has been rumored to have a plot about the rights of dinosaurs.
It can be recalled that the 2015 Jurassic film was all about the dinosaur theme park and the plan of the government to use the dinosaurs as the nation's soldiers. However, the lead protagonist of the film, Owen (Chris Pratt), opposed the plan as he cares about the welfare of the dinosaurs.
With that said, Jurassic Outpost revealed that the distributor of the movie, Universal Pictures, has bought 2 new domains namely IslaNublarRescueMission.com and AllCreaturesHaveRights.com and or .org. Isla Nublar is the island where the Jurassic Park is located, and it was seen in the movie that the theme park was ruined and most of the dinosaurs have escaped.
Reports say that the domain could be a hint that there might be a rescue mission to save the dinosaurs from a serious threat. Rumors have pointed that the threat could be a volcanic eruption that could wipe out the dinosaurs trapped in the island. It can be remembered that Isla Nublar has an active volcano, but it never had an impact during the 2015 "Jurassic" film.
On the other note, the second domain might also be a clue about the upcoming plot of "Jurassic World 2." According to Movie Web, the director of the 2015 film Colin Trevorrow teased that the dinosaurs have rights like the animals. Trevorrow added that the sequel will explore new paths, and that it needed J. A. Bayona to direct the film. The report also said that fans might see "Jurassic World 2" to be about how people would receive the rights of the dinosaurs, and that the public will have separate views about the issue.
"Jurassic World 2" will be seen on the big screen in June 2018.
