Titled "Don't Dream It's Over," episode 16 of the medical drama's 11th season appears to feature some trouble. Based on the promo for the upcoming installment, Dr. Meredith Grey played by Ellen Pompeo is worried that her husband Dr. Derek Shepherd played by Patrick Dempsey is cheating on her while he is away.

While Derek is in Washington D.C., Meredith tries to call him to tell him about her operating streak but is surprised that the call is answered by a strange woman. This is where Meredith's worry comes from.

In the promo, Meredith tells herself and Dr. Alex Karev played by Justin Chambers that Derek has "done this before," referring to meeting a girl, falling in love and starting over. She asks, "He's not cheating on me, right?"

In the past, Derek did leave his former wife Dr. Addison Montgomery played by Kate Walsh for Meredith. This makes Meredith think her husband is doing the same thing to her.

Meanwhile, Meredith's half-sister Dr. Maggie Pierce played by Kelly McCreary and Dr. Richard Webber played by James Pickens Jr. come across a certain patient that forces them to revisit their knowledge about Alzheimer's disease.
