"Furious 7" co-star Ludacris recently slammed Comedy Central's "Roast of Justin Bieber" for allegedly uttering offensive jokes about the late Paul Walker.

During his recent appearance on "The Rickey Smiley Morning Show," the rapper spoke to Gary With Da Tea to pour out his thoughts on the miscalculated jokes aired on the comedy show.

"I almost didn't make it through the roast, because I was about to slap the hell out of somebody. When you speak about someone who has passed away, and you speak about how they passed away, I feel like enough time hasn't gone past. It's people still mourning," the rapper said on the morning show.

He later on revealed that he spoke to the producers of the show and had a face-to-face discussion with the individuals involved in airing the offensive jokes, according to Atlanta Daily World.

In a separate interview with Dish Nation, Ludacris clarified that he found the show to be great, except he didn't like the producers and the cast members to poke fun on his late co-star.

"Let me just say this - aside from the Paul Walker jokes, I thought it was a great roast. Nobody was safe, we were all laughing at the jokes on ourselves and joking on everybody else," he said.

"However, you can all agree to disagree with me, I know what was said and I felt like it was inappropriate and I'm going to stand by that no matter what anybody says to me. That was my friend. I don't give a damn if was a roast or not, that was my friend," he added.

Meanwhile, a spokesperson for Comedy Central revealed that the tasteless jokes about Paul Walker would be cut from the upcoming episode of the show, Mirror reported.
