"General Hospital" (GH) brings highly dramatic episodes in the week of April 20 - 24. The upcoming segment focuses on Jason, Nikolas, Hayden, Carly, Spinelli, Jake, Lulu, Maxie and other Port Charles town residents' storyline. The show will revolve around Nikolas and Hayden's burgeoning romance, Hayden's mystery, baby Avery's disappearance and more. The week on "General Hospital" (GH) opens with Nikolas' discovery about Jason's wedding ring. According to the spoilers by Soap Central and We Love Soaps, Nikolas finds out where Jason lost his wedding ring. Nikolas prepares to take control of the situation. Meanwhile, sparks fly between Nikolas and Hayden. Apparently, they are immensely attracted to each other and get very close.
Meanwhile, Spinelli discovers a piece of information about Hayden. Spinelli reaches out to Sam for some assistance. He and Carly join forces to uncover Hayden's reality. They search through Hayden's room together hoping to find some clues. Jake is not very happy with Spinelli's actions and his curiosity concerning Hayden's past.
Sloane forces Jake to reveal more details about Julian's latest scheme. Lulu doubts Maxie's intentions. Lulu is not very pleased to learn about Dante and Valerie's rapidly growing intimacy. She decides to keep Valerie away from Dante.
Nurses Ball is just around the corner. Lucy makes a list of those employees who will perform at the highly anticipated occasion. Elsewhere, Kiki repents her past actions. Sonny and Michael get into a major confrontation. Sabrina has a breakthrough in Michael's case. She finds the reason of Michael's erratic behaviour. Later, however, Morgan and Kiki make a confession to Michael.
Shawn and Jordan come very close. T.J. gives shocking news to Shawn. Jordan plans to cease the undercover mission. Duke gets stunning news. Hayden has an encounter with an armed man. Nathan confronts Silas about his trips to NYC. Carly thinks Jake is being manipulated by Ric.
