"Saturday Night Live" cast member Sasheer Zamata recently dished on the awkward encounter she had with "Stay" singer Rihanna. The latter appeared on "SNL" during the show's finale and everything started out great between them.

"We had a good night after the dress rehearsal, and she turned around and saw me and she was like, 'Hey!' and she gave me a hug," Zamata told US Weekly.

However, the actress said that her second encounter with Rihanna took a turn for the worst especially after the "FourFiveSeconds" singer got drunk progressively throughout the show.

Also according to her, she approached Rihanna after the finale to give her a hug and teased her that they are best friends now after working together on "Saturday Night Live."

Unfortunately, Rihanna did not feel the same way when the singer just shrugged her off and waved goodbye at her distractedly.

Meanwhile, Rihanna performed two of her hits, namely, "American Oxygen" and "B*tch Better Have My Money." The singer received a warm round of applause for her impressive singing.

According to Fashion N Style, the outfit Rihanna wore during her "B*tch Better Have My Money" performance was not designed by a well-known fashion designer, but a fashion design student at the Pratt Institute.

The designer, Giovanna Flores, reportedly created the denim ensemble as part of her senior thesis.

Rihanna acknowledged the designer by posting a photo of her "SNL" and "BBHMM" attire. She wrote, "#Rihanna #SNL in @giovanna_us denim for her senior collection at @prattinstitute #BBHMM @munnugempalace @newyorkvintageinc @eraluxe."
