The upcoming episode will see how Ethan and his family deal with the terrifying events of last week. According to the synopsis for "Wayward Pines" Episode 4 published on TV Guide, Ethan is given the leadership role in Wayward Pines. Nurse Pam believes that Ethan's first task as the Sheriff should be to call a reckoning for Peter McCall.
It is said that Peter McCall is responsible for the graffiti on Main Street. Meanwhile, arrangements are made for Ben's schooling at the Wayward Pines. He is being homeschooled by a teacher named Meghan Fisher. As for Theresa, she gets a new job at Wayward Pines. She has been appointed as a real estate broker.
