Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton was reportedly being forced by Queen Elizabeth II to return to her royal duties six weeks after giving birth to Princess Charlotte.
The Duchess is officially back to her royal duties after she was spotted the balcony of Buckingham Palace for the Queen's birthday. The Queen's birthday was well-attended by the members of the royal family.
According to The Hollywood Gossip, Middleton was seen a bit sooner than expected as several sources indicated that the Duchess will take an "extended" maternity leave after giving birth to her second child.
Insiders revealed that the longer maternity leave stemmed from the regret that Kate felt after returning to the spotlight too soon after Prince George was born. She felt guilty when she did not spend a lot more time with her son on his first months.
The report added that Queen Elizabeth II "forced" Middleton to return to public life. Middleton clashing with the Queen is no news, but the former is keeping it cool with the highest monarch.
Meanwhile, gossip website Celebrity Dirty Laundry cited Globe magazine, which sported a headline that Prince William and wife prevented Prince Charles' wife, Camilla Parker-Bowles, from seeing the latest addition in the royal family. The June 15 cover of the magazine sports a photo of furious Prince William.
The report stated that the ban is due to the cheating scandal that the Duchess of Cornwall got involved in. According to reports, Parker-Bowles is hooking up with a British actor behind Prince Charles's back. The royal family was reportedly infuriated by Camilla's indiscretions as she is bringing more scandals to the palace.
