“The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” PlayStation 4 and Xbox One version is yet to receive the patch 1.05 update, while PC gamers, who had the patch 1.06 update rolled out last week, can expect the next patch 1.07 soon.

The upcoming patch 1.07 update, still in the development stage, will come with a large number of amendments and will be a major update, said to follow shortly after the patch 1.05 update for the console versions of the game.

"After 1.05 there will be a huge patch coming up next (it's already in the works)," Marcin Momot, "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" community lead wrote in a forum thread.

As for the patch 1.05 update for the consoles, the players will possibly receive the update next week.

"Consoles have some other issues (some are really time-consuming to fix) and we want to make sure everything works as intended when released. We ask for a little bit more patience," Momot wrote.

The patch 1.05 for "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" console versions will fix - the issue with gold resetting beyond 65535, problem with saving mutagen bonuses, bug causing Geralt's clothes to appear wet, once the players leave the menu, problem with the potion clearance that gets placed automatically into the quick slot, as the player runs out of edibles, as mentioned in the full patch notes issued by CD Projekt Red.

The issue with crypt gate in the Scavenger Hunt: Viper School Gear quest, bug causing lack of interaction with Roche in 'Get Junior' quest, the endless loading screen error in the quest ‘Lord of Undvik,’ and the issue where some skills were not removed properly by Potion of Clearance, will also be resolved. The patch 1.05 also brings improvements in the overall stability and the UI of the game.

The next patch 1.07 for “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt,” which will be rolled out soon after the patch 1.05 release, will reportedly have the same version number, both on PC and console, according to PlayStation LifeStyle. However, it is not yet official.
