Wimbledon 2015 champion Serena Williams and music sensation Drake have been slammed with dating speculations. A publication claims that they are a couple and was seen kissing each other at one of the Wimbledon events, last week. Read on to find out the details.
According to a report by Times Live, the six-time Wimbledon winning tennis proand three-time Grammy-winning artist were together at a clubhouse after the Serena Williams defeated Victoria Azarenka in 2015 Wimbledon quarter finals. It was here, the rumoured couple was reportedly seen kissing.
It is also said that Williams was spotted embracing the singer and enjoying a light-hearted chat about their relationship with him after a press conference on Friday.
An unnamed source confirmed that Serena Williams and Drake are together and they prefer maintaining low-profile as a couple when in public.
"Publicly she says they're just friends but Drake has been by Serena's side throughout the tournament and when they've been away from the public and relaxed, it's been pretty obvious that they are together," the source told the abovementioned publication.
The source goes on to claim that Serena Williams' team members have also discussed Serena Williams' alleged affair with Drake. It is reported that the pair has been spending time "having dinners in London."
"She has been incredibly focused on her title bid. But if she's had a quiet moment she's spent it with Drake, even going to watch his Wireless set and having dinners in London," the source adds.
Earlier, daily news publication Daily Mail reported that the 28-year-old singer star was seen enjoying an evening date with 33-year-old Serena William and 25-year-old Caroline Wozniacki on July 7, 2015 at Novikov restaurant.
Buzz is that Drake was also present at the Centre Court on the day Serena Williams claimed her sixth Wimbledon title and trophy.
However, it must be noted that the news lack official comments from the associated persons. Thus it is wise to consider the dating reports a mere speculation or rumours. Meanwhile, this is not the first time Drake and Serena Williams have been romantically linked, according to The Big Lead. The Wimbledon champion and "Take Care" crooner were rumoured to be dating in the year 2011 and split in 2012.
