Wojnarowski also stated that the Ty Lawson deal will send Pablo Prigioni, Nick Johnson, Kostas Papanikolaou and a protected first to Denver Nuggets.

Yahoo's Wojnarowski also confirmed that the Denver Nuggets will "send a 2017 second-round pick" to Houston Rockets.

Meanwhile, Prigioni will get only $440,000 of his deal if he is waived by Monday. Wojnarowski said that Prigioni's fate will be decided in the next 24 hours.

"The trade call with the league office to finalize the Ty Lawson deal is set for Monday morning, sources tell Yahoo," Wojnarowski tweeted.

According to a report by Yahoo Sports, with Lawson, the Houston Rockets have got a talented player who can help them in the Western Conference. However, a risk is involved in this deal as Lawson has not been in the right mind in his off-court activities.

The 27-year-old Lawson was arrested in Los Angeles and slapped with DUI charges. He also enrolled for alcohol abuse treatment. He is set to enter for a 30-day rehabilitation program for alcohol. He will be monitored continuously for alcohol consumption.

Despite, two arrests in six months, Rockets have shown a keen interest in having the point guard.
