Business is set to become personal as Harvey makes a tough decision regarding a case. The promo for "Suits" Season 5, episode 6 titled "Privilege" is out and it shows Harvey in a bad mood.

"Suits" Season 5, episode 6 promo starts with Harvey meeting Dr. Agard and he is furious. He asks if she is coming to his office to testify against his client.
She explains that it isn't about them. Harvey gives her a piece of advice that if they ask something that will send his client to jail, she will have to lie.
Another shot in the "Suits" Season 5, episode 6 promo shows Rachel and Harvey. Harvey tells Rachel that she knows what is going on and she asks him how he got to know about it. Are they talking about Mike and Rachel's engagement?
